Peroxide Concentrates
We have developed several peroxide concentrates for controlled cross linking of PE, EVA, and Biopolymers. They function to increase flexural and tensile strength along with compound hot strength. Our Peroxide contrate is an excellent viscosity modifier for recycled PP and highly filled PP compounds. It contains the highest level of active peroxide in the industry today.
Blowing Agent Concentrates
Our Blowing Agent formulation technology is focused om Endothermic chemistry. Our CB 345 is an excellent Blowing Agent Concentrate for both extrusion and injection molding of HDPE, PP, PS and ABS. It develops a small uniform cell size in the finished product, resulting in maximum density reduction and optimize process stability.

Odor Elimination
Order Elimination a problem with many recycled compounds from LDPE, HDPE to PP. Malodors in recycled compounds can come from contamination and or thermal breakdown. Our products are the primary concentrate we will sell, however many times we recommend evaluation of the potential customers’ complaints so we can formulate, and odor elimination concentrate for their special need.
Desicant Concentrate
High levels of moisture in compounds can develop poor physical properties, poor surface quality, die deposits and poor foam process stability. Our Foamaid 101, a powder is a highly efficient desicant concentrate. It is recommended for PVC foam, wood filled compounds, recycled consumer stream, nylon and PBT compounds.
Nucleating Agent Concentrates for HDPE
Our HP 20 P is an excellent nucleating agent concentrate. We developed the HP 20 P in cooperation with Applied Minerals. As little as 2% can reduce cycle time by more than 20%.
